This policy explains how PropertyHandle Africa uses cookies and similar technologies.

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences and improve your browsing experience. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels.
2. Cookies We Set
We set three cookies, all needed for signing in and for security. Your browser cannot read them from page scripts (they are "HttpOnly"), and they are only ever sent to our own site.

3. Information Our Pages Keep in Your Browser
Some pages also keep information in your browser's own storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us automatically. "Local" storage lasts until you sign out or clear it; "session" storage is cleared when you close the tab.

We never keep sign-in tokens in your browser's storage. Pages remove any left there by older versions of the site.
4. No Analytics, Advertising or Third-Party Cookies
We do not use analytics, advertising, social-media tracking or chat services, and we do not place third-party cookies.
Our pages do load fonts, code libraries and map images from other companies (listed in section 5 of our Privacy Policy). When your browser fetches those files, those companies receive your IP address and browser details, as with any website. We have not asked any of them to set cookies.
5. Managing Cookies
Because we only set cookies that signing in and security need, we do not show a cookie banner. You can still see and delete cookies and stored site data in your browser's settings:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies / Site settings
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions
If you block our cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
