I started PropertyHandle in 2017 because I saw something that did not make sense: Africa has a $2 trillion housing deficit and a diaspora sending over $100 billion home every year, yet there was no infrastructure connecting that capital to housing markets. Traditional real estate was opaque, fragmented, and built for the already-wealthy. I wanted to change that.

PropertyHandle is my answer — a platform that sits across the entire housing delivery value chain, from data to capital markets. We built an AI-powered property intelligence engine that aggregates market data across 32 cities and over 1,000 suburbs in Zimbabwe, creating pricing transparency where none existed. We built PlotMap, a digital land sales marketplace where developers can sell residential stands with interactive maps, auto-generated legal documents, and structured payment plans. And we built a blockchain-enabled tokenization platform that allows anyone to invest in real estate from as little as $1 through regulated, SPV-wrapped security tokens.

These three engines are not separate products. They are a single flywheel — data builds trust, trust enables transactions, transactions generate developer relationships, and those relationships feed the tokenization pipeline. Each cycle compounds.

In May 2026, I led a live demonstration of our tokenization platform to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe’s Innovation Office — a 12-step walkthrough from investor onboarding through compliance verification to token minting. Our sandbox application is pending.

I am not building a product. I am building infrastructure — the kind that governments, banks, developers, and ordinary families will all rely on. The kind that bridges Africa’s housing economy with global capital markets. The kind that compounds over decades.
